The Nawras Business Solutions department is now a significant team of over 30
professionals who are striving to offer pleasingly different services to the
business community. On each edition of this newsletter, we plan to
introduce you to a member of this dynamic team and in this edition
we wish to introduce you to the head of direct sales – Mr. Hussain
Al Lawati.
Hussain joined us from the very inception of Nawras as a
section head for small and medium organizations and has
helped us to successfully grow our business sales to
where we are today. With over 13 years of sales
experience, he is no stranger to the field of sales and
has been a very active member of our business team.
As the head of direct sales, he manages a team of more
than 10 account managers and despite his own busy
schedule of daily activities, Hussain always makes time
to see our current and potential business customers.
“Business sales need a lot of one-to-one communications.
My team and I are constantly aware of this fact and believe
that prompt service is crucial for our success. With innovative
products and services coupled with transparent offers, we strive
for total telecommunication solutions for a given customer. Furthermore,
with the fixed line services which we intend to launch soon, we
are confident of extending our reach to new heights that this market has
never seen before,” says Hussain.
“Having listened to our customers, we understand the need to look after not only the capital area of Muscat but also other key
business cities such as Sohar, Nizwa, Sur and Salalah to name but a few. We are constantly in touch with these customers and
I look forward to visiting these areas with my team in the near future to further strengthen our presence,” added Hussain. |
