FAQ’sMy Nawras for Business:

Q: What is MyNawras for Business?
A:
The new MyNawras is a self supporting tool that will be made available to Business customers via the Nawras website, giving the Telco Admin and the Employee access to a complete overview of their accounts, i.e. usage, bills, payments, products and services.

Q: How will this benefit a Business Customer?
A:
This will allow Business customers to be more autonomous in managing their accounts. It will also remove the need to call Customer Care or Direct Sales for bill inquiries.

Q: What kind of access will the Telco Admin and the Employee have?
A:

My Nawras for Business will have two logs in access levels as below:

  • Telecommunication Administrator (able to view the entire company account with the capability of paying bills or e-recharging in batches, account management, payment history)
  • Employee (access and view their accounts with the capability of paying bills or
    e-recharging and viewing payment history)
Q: What is the difference between the two?
A:
The functionalities at both levels are the same except for the fact that for a Telecom Admin the details and actions can be done at a company level (and therefore able to see all the mobile numbers of the company) whilst at Employee level such activities are only for that particular account (i.e he/she will only see details of his/her own number)

Q: How secure is MyNawras for Business?
A:
We've gone through every measure to provide all access users acute security. For instance, only the owners of the line can register their mobile number. When a Business customer registers their mobile number an SMS will be sent to their phone immediately with a secret code that will allow them to proceed with the registration process. Basically the holder of the mobile number will be able to access his information.

Q: What information does the business customer need to register for MyNawras for Business?
A:

Both Telecom admin and company individual needs the following to register
1. Their own mobile number
2. Company Registration Number (CRN)

Q: If an employee leaves the company, will they still be able to access their information?
A:
Yes, as that individual’s mobile number is still active and therefore that particular individual have access via their own username and password. However the Telco Admin has the option of deleting that profile. Once that profile is deleted the new holder of that mobile can register their details.

Q: How can a Business Customer make a payment?
A: Upon opting to make a payment either for a prepaid or a postpaid line, they will be routed to the ITA Payment Gateway and proceed to pay via
their Corporate Credit Card (Visa or Master card). The payment gateway only accepts credit cards at present.

Q: Why do I see all sister companies of our organization when I log on as a Telecom Administrator?
A:
Larger conglomerates could have a combination of companies under one umbrella. These companies would need to share one Telco administrator login to view their own accounts. However, owing to the single umbrella, they will also be able to see other sister company details as well.
