A: No this service is available by default to all prepaid and postpaid customer
Q: Are there any charges for sending and SMS with wrong keyword to 90888?
A: Yes. Customer will be charged 20 bz for each SMS sent to 90888.
Q: Is it possible for customer to check the status of the Building Permit request at MM?
A: Yes, customer need to send <SR> <Number> to 90888. e.g. SR 2008031234
Q: How can customer get more information about this service?
A: Customer can type "HELP" and send it to 90888.
Q: What happen if I use the wrong format of the car number and care code when enquiring about my Car Parking Violations?
A: Customer will receive help message informing the correct enquiry format.
