Yes, you can send an MMS to E-mail. Simply type the E-mail address of the recipient instead of the mobile number. Normal cost same as MMS
to mobile. |

What if I changed my mobile handset and the settings was previously provisioned on the old one? |

When you change your handset to another one that support the service, the settings will be automatically sent to you via SMS and you will be
able to save them and start to use the service.

What if my Mobile does not support MMS service? |

If your handset does not support the MMS service you will not be able to send MMS. You can only receive SMS with a password to view MMS
that are sent to you on the Web. Log on to www.nawras.om and click on Pick up your MMS.

How much is the price per MMS? |

MMS is free during the weekend (Thursday & Friday) from 1st March to 30th April, during week days MMS will be charged at 45Bz per MMS. |

The MMS will be charged as long as the sender receives a delivery notification. |

Maximum size per MMS is 200 KB for the MMS sent to Nawras customers (100KB to Oman Mobile customers), MMSs above the maximum
size won’t be sent and you will not be charged for these. As for the MMSs to E-mail, the maximum size is 100 kb per MMS. |

How can I know the size of the MMS? |

Most of the mobiles will show the size of the MMS when sending it and when receiving MMS. In case you try to send an MMS exceeding 400
KB, you will receive an error message.

What if someone sends me an MMS and my mobile was switched off or out of coverage? |

In case your phone is switched off or out of coverage, the MMS will be stored for maximum 24 hours, it will be sent to you as soon as you
switch on your mobile. |

Yes, there is a delivery report for the MMS, but it has to be activated from the handset (please refer to your handset manual). It has no cost |
